Locally grown wagyu beef brisket, smoked low and slow for 12 hours Served with 'warregold' gravy, smoked stuffed pumpkin, campfire roasted vegetables & salad Learn first hand about a genuine paddock to plate experience from local farmers. Develop a direct understanding of the wagyu breed including producer presentations. $35/person. Cash or Credit card facility available Bookings essential. Book online.
